Needed to know the length of Colt Style AR9 SMG Magazines. I just want to say that the person who responded back to me gave me exactly what I needed so I could order a magazine pouch to hold the magazines for this weapon. If you have a question, dont hesistate to ask them.

I bought 2 mags, 33 rounds each in 9mm. Took a while to get to the range where I found both of them to be sticking half way through, causing jams. I contacted them for a return and was told I missed the 60 day return window by a few days, but to send them in and they'd refund the money. They sent a return label and refunded my total purchase price including shipping and tax.

This company has their processes in order. I had to return a product I mis-ordered. They processed my return in a very expedited process. The most important part of their process was very effective communication. My hat is off to GunMag Warehouse, you got my business.

I purchased the wrong magazine, descriptions where very confusing to me. I open the package to confirm if the magazine fit. When I noticed they were too big, I contacted customer service to set up the return. There was no mention of a return fee. One person called it a restocking fee, one person called it a product damaged fee, then it was called a package opened fee. Not sure which it is?? They sent a picture of a scratch on a magazine that there's no way I could've did as the magazine didn't fit my gun. We spent about 3 to 4 hours going back and forward about $15. I was prepared to place another order pending they would send me a full refund. This company sacrificed future profits over $15. Waist 3+ hours trying to justify keeping $15. From a business perspective, I don't see how that makes sense plus I'm sure they will resale the magazines I returned.

If something is out of stock you can sign up for an email notice for when it comes in. There shipping prices and times are fantastic. They also have a great customer service team and the answer your questions usually within 24 hours. I have never had a problem with and order and have always been happy with their products. Although I received an answer I didn't want to hear, I was treated fairly and the customer service representative was friendly and polite. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. They've earned my respect! This is the type of company I enjoy doing business with because they care about making the customer happy, even if it means they don't sell anything at the end of the day.
