My order showed up and most of it was exactly what I asked for, though one of the mags wasn’t the right size. I reached out to support and they got it sorted out, even if it wasn’t exactly speedy. In the end, it worked out

I ordered a couple of mags and, as far as I can tell, the product details on the site were pretty much exactly what showed up. The fitment info was clear enough that I didn’t feel like I was guessing, and there weren’t any weird surprises when they arrived. Shipping was fine too. it’s just nice when a product page actually seems accurate.

I ordered a couple of mags and one ended up being the wrong fit, so... yeah, had to send it back. The return form itself was easy to deal with, no real issue there. It just took a few days to get a reply, which was a little annoying but not the end of the world. The refund did come through eventually, just not super quickly. Customer service was fine overall, nobody was rude or anything. I’d probably order again, maybe, but the returns process could definitely be a bit smoother.

The order itself went through without any issues, but I was annoyed by how the total changed later in checkout. It kind of felt like they made it seem straightforward at first, then the taxes and extra fees showed up after I’d already entered my info. Not the worst experience, but I wish they were more upfront instead of making the price look better than it actually ended up being.

The order itself was straightforward and it did feel like a good deal overall. That said, when I had a small question, I kind of felt dismissed instead of really helped, which was frustrating. I’ve ordered from gunmagwarehouse.com a few times now, i was half expecting to have to double-check everything for knockoff vibes. But everything I got looked legit. The packaging matched the brands, the stamps and markings were where they should be, and nothing felt cheap or copied. It was kind of a relief to get actual factory mags without feeling like I had to question it. Shipping was totally fine too. Easy 5 stars from me.
